Carolina Custom Paint & Body

Motorcoach & Bus Paint, Body & Collision Repair

Motorcoach & Bus Paint and Body Repair.

Motorcoaches are not simply oversized cars. Their construction, fiberglass components, body panels, operating schedules and repair needs require a shop that understands large commercial vehicles.

Motorcoach Experience Behind the Shop

Carolina Custom Paint & Body grew from the needs of an operating motorcoach fleet. That gives our team firsthand experience with the vehicles and with the business problem created when a coach is out of service.

Bus and Coach Repairs

Our work can include fiberglass front and rear caps, body panels, baggage doors, lower skirts, mirror-area damage, collision damage, structural and frame repair, paint matching, partial refinishing and related mechanical or electrical repairs.

We welcome Prevost, MCI, TEMSA, Van Hool, Setra and Mercedes-Benz coaches, along with transit buses, school buses and buses from other manufacturers. Our services are not limited to the brands listed here.

Insurance Collision Repairs

After a collision, we can document the damage, prepare the repair estimate, communicate with the insurance carrier or adjuster, handle supplements discovered during disassembly and coordinate the repair through completion.

Downtime Matters

A coach may have another trip on the schedule before it ever reaches the repair shop. We understand that. When circumstances allow, we can work with operators on scheduling and repair priorities to reduce out-of-service time without pretending every repair can be rushed.

Regional Location, Open to Operators From Anywhere

Our primary market is North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and the surrounding Southeast, but we welcome motorcoach and bus operators from anywhere. We can also help coordinate transportation or recovery when a vehicle cannot be driven to our facility.
